Both autumn and winter
Their downfall regaining;
‘tis raining and snowing –
Then snowing and raining.
And there’s the nightfall now
Foul and nakedly cool;
Passing by yellow-sick
Children back home from school.
And walls damn humid ‘round,
And I am chilled right through;
Those lying in their graves
Thought mine befriending to…
